Problem Statement: For this project I was assigned Weekends with Warriors as my client for a quick assignment called Kern and Burn. After researching the organization and viewing various symbols related to the topic, I designed the new proposal logo icon. It features a shield that symbolizes their saying "Brothers helping Brothers." I then incorporated the star icon which is found in their current word mark and then added the three chevron strips which is used throughout the military when defining rank. I then paired it with the font Brothers OT which conveys the appearance of strength and uniformity.
